About the Developer
Sobha Realty is the Dubai arm of the Sobha group founded by P.N.C. Menon, established in the UAE in 2003 and now chaired by Ravi P.N.C. Menon. Uniquely backward-integrated, it performs design, engineering and construction in-house under the banner 'the art of detail'. Its flagship Sobha Hartland is an 8 million sq ft masterplan in Mohammed Bin Rashid City housing over 20,000 residents. The company operates sixteen UAE masterplans plus interests in Oman and India.
